If you follow weight watchers it is 1 points per serving – the pie makes four servings
Instructions
- Whole spaghetti squash cooked until it can be scraped off (about an hour 450 degrees)
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup fat free feta
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
- mix all together. place in round pie plate.
- Cook at 450 degrees for 30 minutes
