I made the 0 point cheesecake topped with strawberries and cream and it’s delicious! if you just add strawberries each serving is zero points. if you add two tablespoons of fat free cool whip to each serving -each serving is just 1 weight watchers point
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Cups Fat-Free Cottage Cheese
- 1 small box instant sugar-free/fat-free cheesecake pudding
- 1 tsp vanilla and
- 3 tbsp sugar substitute I used splenda monk fruit
- Strawberries
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the cottage cheese, vanilla, salt, and eggs on high speed. Add pudding and beat some more. Pour into a lightly greased pie dish. I used Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before eating.
- I added 1 point with 2 Tbs of fat free cool whip but you don’t need it at all. Strawberries are zero It’s delicious as is. This can very easily be a zero point dessert.
