Ingredients for crepe:
1 tsp Hondashi Ajinomoto Hon Dashi
1/4 cup water
1 tsp erythritol
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp low Sodium soy sauce
4 large eggs
Mix ingredients together very well and cook in 2 batches on a crepe pan
Other ingredients:
Avocado
Salmon
Albacore tuna
Cucumber
Masago
Nori
Directions:
Lay out nori on bamboo sheet, lay egg crepe on top, add strips of other ingredients and roll tightly. Cut with a very sharp knife if you want your rolls to look clean.
