Blueberry Pie Cups


Just two points each on all Weight Watchers Plans!


  1. Directions for one serving!
  2. For 1 Pie Cup
  3. 1 – 2 ½”x 2 ½” square of a Puff pastry sheet, I used Wewalka
  4. 25 grams of Fresh blueberries if you use frozen, thaw and rinse.
  5. Preheat oven to 425, grease muffin pan
  6. Take your square of pastry and stretch it out a little but not so thin that you can see through it.
  7. Press it down into a muffin well, creating a cup, fill with 25 grams of blueberries, if you want it sweeter, sprinkle with sweetener.
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes, remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, can add a dollop (tsp) of FF or SF whip topping.
  9. Can use any fruit you want, cherries, strawberries, peaches, etc…
  10. If you want to add to the Recipe Builder, use a ¼ sheet of pastry for 6 servings.
