Ingredients
1 c Bisquick
1/4 c nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 c non fat cottage cheese
About 1/4 c water
1 drink packet – I used peach mango
butter spray
stevia
cinnamon

Instructions
Mix well
I sprayed my jumbo muffin pan and divided the batter between the 6 wells. Sliced apples on top. I sprayed the tops with butter spray and sprinkled with cinnamon and a tiny bit of stevia
425* for 20 minutes. The batter was still soft but cobbler usually is at least mine is. 2.5 points – only from the Bisquick. Yummy!!!
