Ingredients
- 4 pattie s MorningStar Farms Veggie original sausage patties 5 personal points
- 2 flatbread s Cut Da Carb Flatbread, low carb 3 personal points
- 1 ⁄8cup s Sugar-free syrup, maple flavor
- 1 personal points
- 3 Egg s 7 personal points
- 3 ⁄4cup s Trader Joe’s Lite shredded 3 cheese blend with mozzarella, Monterey Jack, & cheddar 8 personal points
- 2 cup s Ore Ida Shredded hash brown potatoes 0 personal points
Instructions
- scramble the eggs first and microwave the patties and then. put them in the tortilla. let the ingredients slightly cool down a bit so it’s not hot to the touch when you fold.
- layer in the middle starting with cheese, then the egg, plant based sausage and finish with more cheese.
- Fold it up (check out her video ) spray one side with light butter spray and pan fry.
- then spray the other side and flip. flip each side a couple times until you have a nice crisp golden brown. Then cut in half and Yum!
Recipe Notes
How do you get yours that perfect golden brown? spray with butter spray and fry in a pan then spray the top side and flip so it gets that side. do that with all the sides. don’t have it on the highest setting so it doesn’t burn.
