2 Ingredient Dough Cinnamon Rolls – 1 SmartPoint (Freestyle)

5/5

These delicious 2 ingredient dough cinnamon rolls are perfect whether you’re on Weight Watchers or not. They’re tasty without being too sweet, and they’re not doughy. Adding the cinnamon to the 2 ingredient dough really helps kick the flavor up a notch.

2 Ingredient Dough Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients for 2 Ingredient Dough Cinnamon Rolls

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (Fage is best)
1 cup self-rising flour
1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (see notes)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Splenda
water

Instructions

  • Combine yogurt, flour, vanilla bean paste, and cinnamon together in a mixing bowl. Knead by hand until the dough forms a ball. Roll out onto floured surface.
  • Combine cream cheese, cinnamon, Splenda, and a few teaspoons water. Using picture as reference, roll out dough into three sections. Cut each section into 8 pieces. You will get 24 rolls total.
  • Place in Air Fryer at 400*F for about 12 minutes. You can also bake these in the oven.
  • Once you remove the cinnamon rolls from the Air Fryer, drizzle with remaining cream cheese mixture. You may need to heat it up a bit to make it thin enough to drizzle.

How to Make 2 Ingredient Dough Cinnamon Rolls

Notes: I use vanilla bean paste. It’s most affordable (less than $10) at Wal-Mart (found in the cake decorating aisle). You CAN use vanilla extract, I just REALLY love vanilla bean paste. 🙂

Combine yogurt, flour, vanilla bean paste, and cinnamon together in a mixing bowl. Knead by hand until the dough forms a ball. Roll out onto the floured surface.
