- •1/2 cup pizza sauce low-sugar or fat-free for fewer points
- •1 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
- •1/2 cup veggies -i use cremini mushrooms
- •1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 14 1/2 ounces canned diced tomatoes
- •Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2.Place one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, pressing it down gently. Add a second wonton wrapper, rotated slightly to cover the sides and form a “cup.”
- 3.Add 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce to each cup.
- 4.Sprinkle a small amount of veggies/mushrooms and diced tomatoes into each cup, followed by mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
- 6.Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- 7.Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
