Ingredients
- 21 oz regular dry brownie mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 large egg whites lightly beaten or 1/2 cup egg beaters
- 2 cups lite whipped topping
- maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix brownie mix, egg beaters, water and applesauce in a mixing bowl.
- Make sure not to over mix by only mixing with 50 strokes.
- Pour brownie mixture into each muffin tin, about 1 Tbsp per cup.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let brownie bites cool then dollop a Tbsp of whipped topping on the top and place a single cherry on top.
