vegetable egg tortilla bake

Try this tortilla egg bake, beware that low carb tortillas brown faster. 😬😬 3 weight watchers points for the entire bake

Instructions

  1. I used 1 tortilla which is one weight watchers point and the cheese was two points in a 7×5 dish.
  2. Sprayed a Pyrex with cooking spray. Add 1 tortilla.
  3. 2 eggs,
  4. scoop of ff cottage cheese,
  5. and desired mix-ins (mine were red bell pepper/green onion/mushroom).
  6. Season.
  7. Mix.
  8. topped with fat free shredded cheese.
  9. Bake at 400 for approx 15ish mins give or take.
