Try this tortilla egg bake, beware that low carb tortillas brown faster. 😬😬 3 weight watchers points for the entire bake
Instructions
- I used 1 tortilla which is one weight watchers point and the cheese was two points in a 7×5 dish.
- Sprayed a Pyrex with cooking spray. Add 1 tortilla.
- 2 eggs,
- scoop of ff cottage cheese,
- and desired mix-ins (mine were red bell pepper/green onion/mushroom).
- Season.
- Mix.
- topped with fat free shredded cheese.
- Bake at 400 for approx 15ish mins give or take.
