Ingredients
- Cooked corn
- 1/2 cup s
- Mission Yellow corn extra
- thin tortillas
- 1 tortilla s
- Ro-Tel Tomatoes Diced,
- Mexican Lime & Cilantro
- 1/2 cup
- Rosarita No fat green chile &
- lime refried beans
- 1/2 cup s
- Velveeta Shreds Mexican
- style cheddar blend
- 2 Tbsp
- 2 cans (14 ounces each) reduced sodium vegetable broth
Instructions
- 1 Place undrained tomatoes, beans, corn and broth in medium saucepan and heat over medium-high heat. Stir until combined. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2 heat until hot. Serve topped with tortilla strips and cheese, if desired.
