Ingredients
- Pillsbury Moist Supreme Sugar free classic yellow cake mix serves 10 16 oz
- Unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup s
- Egg s
- 3 item s (large), large
- Fat free skim milk
- 2 cup s
- Fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 package s
- Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping
- 8 oz
Instructions
- CAKE
- 1 sugar free pillsbury yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 cup water
- Green gel food coloring
- FILLING
- 1 box sugar free fat free vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups skim milk
- FROSTING
- 8 Oz fat free cool whip
- 1 box sugar free fat free vanilla pudding
- Mix cupcakes divide batter in half add about 1 T green gel food coloring pour half green then half yellow in each cupcake. Bake for 10-12 min at 350
- Cool. Mix filling and frosting refrigerate roughly 20 min
- Pipe filling into cooled cupcakes and frost. I added gold and green sprinkles. Serves 24 enjoy!!
