Ingredients:

  • 1 cup egg noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast (skinless)
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • 1 cup skim milk (0–1%)
  • 1 can light cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
