entire recipe one point on Weight Watchers


  • 1 large cucumber grated and liquid squeezed out
  • 10-12 ounces nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp olive oil one point
  • 1/2 tsp Sumac optional
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint or more to taste
  • 2 TBS fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill optional


  1. Instructions:
  2. Roughly chop the garlic and place in small chopper along with the mint, parsley, olive oil & lemon juice. Blend well.
  3. Add this mixture to the yogurt and blend.
  4. Add the squeezed grated cucumber to the yogurt mixture and combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper as per your taste and this is when you can add the sumac as well (or any other spices you might like). Blend well.
  6. Chill at least 30 minutes and garnish with additional mint and/or sumac.
