Instructions
- Remove stick from ice cream; cut ice cream bar into three equal pieces. Place one piece on each of three cookies and carefully spread the ice cream to cover the cookies. Top each with a few strawberry slices and cover with remaining cookies. Enjoy right away or freeze (and allow to thaw slightly before eating).
