Hearts of Palm pasta vegetable sauté

I used a Trader Joe product called “Hearts of Palm Pasta”. I garnished with some fresh basil. Believe it or not this entire dish is zero points on WW!!!! (and vegan)

Instructions

  1. sauté chopped onion in olive oil spray add halved grape tomatoes, sauté until onions are a touch golden, then add the slivered garlic and brown garlic a touch.. add salt and pepper and fresh lemon juice …add the rinsed and drained hearts of palm, and lots of seasoning .. I added Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute, more salt and pepper, paprika, Italian seasonings, and Mrs Dash Original seasoning.. I then added sone fresh chopped garden basil and parsley .. heat quickly until everything is heated through then sprinkle with some freshly grated vegan cheese..
