Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Chickpea Salad
Canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 1⁄2 cup(s), rinsed and drained
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1/3 cup(s)
Unsweetened dill pickle
2 Tbsp, finely chopped

Instructions
In a medium bowl, partially mash the chickpeas with a fork. Stir in the yogurt, scallions, pickles, mustard, salt, and
pepper. Arrange about 3/4 cup chickpea I removed scallions and chips from the WW recipe and used lettuce wraps instead, but you could also do carb balance wraps or a cauliflower cracker! I also used some everything bagel seasoning. It’s so good! 10/10 i’m adding this to my weekly lunch rotation
