Reverse Frozen Reese Cups
Instructions
Melt 40 grams of Lily’s Zero Sugar Chocolate Chips.
Add 5.3 oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Stir until well combined.
Divide yogurt mixture evenly in 6 silicone muffin cups.
Rehydrate 4tbsp of PB2 with water according to package directions. Top each chocolate cup with an even amount.
Freeze 1-2 hours. Any longer results in a need to thaw before serving.
