Homemade pizza bagels! Ours are bigger (and better!) than the store-bought kind. Keep it classic with pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni, or swap in your favorite sauce and topping combo.
- 1/2cup pizza sauce
- 4bagels, split
- 1 1/2cups shredded mozzarella or Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
- Sliced pepperoni, chopped bell pepper, sliced mushrooms or cooked sausage, if desired for toppings
- 1Heat oven to 425°F. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce over each bagel half. Sprinkle each with cheese and desired topping. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- 2Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
