We love these lightened up perfect popovers. Ours are just 1 weight watchers point each and the recipe makes six. A popover is a light roll made from an egg batter. The batter is thin, which creates a crisp exterior shell with a hollow center. Unlike cake or bread, popovers use neither baking powder/baking soda nor yeast to provide leavening. The steam created in the oven and shape of the pan force the air bubbles up and out.
