Peanut Butter Chocolate Breakfast Bars

These are so good and only 1 points each!!!! I also love to put blueberries, strawberries or peaches on top and take out the cocoa powder and Pb2 and add cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 2 packets of great value sugar free maple brown sugar oatmeal
  • 3-4 medium bananas
  • 2 tbsp PB2
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350. I am so bad at setting a timer or keeping track I can’t give you an exact time so my guess is 10 to 15 minutes. I’ll time it better next time!
  2. Recipe makes nine servings!
