Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of Vanilla Premiere Protein shake plus 3/4 tsp. https://amzn.to/3d2CZYO
- 1 cup of Self Rising Flour
- 3 tsps of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
- 1/8 cup of water
- 1 tsp of regular white sugar
- 2 tsps. of ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tbsp. of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of roughly chopped peaches
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9×5 loaf pan.
- Mix all ingredients except peaches & sugars.
- Beat on low until smooth and creamy.
- Roughly chop peaches and toss with sugar, if using frozen microwave until thawed, chop, then pat/squeeze out the moisture with paper towels.
- Toss peaches with sugar and add all but about 10 pieces to batter and mix.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, top with reserved sugared chopped peaches.
- Bake 30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
- Mix powdered sugar with 3/4 tsp of the vanilla premiere shake, stir.
- Drizzle over cold cake.
- Cut into 8 slices. Store in refrigerator or freeze individual slices for at least a week.
