• 1 block of firm tofuthree tbs low sodium soy sauce1 onion sliced10 mushrooms…olive oil cooking spray
  1. i use the extra firm tofu …it’s in water so i slice it and squeeze out the water as best i can with a paper towel and make stir fry….So yummy 😋Slice and brown the tofu till it is kinda krispy ( in olive oil spray or use a little sesame oil) add three tbs low sodium soy sauce mix in sliced onions and sliced mushrooms…Stir fry till everything is cooked through like 10 minutes or so…i just eat it plain –straight out of the pot! Zero weight watchers points too! serve on a bed of cauliflower rice!
