this recipe Makes 3 muffins but you can to double, triple or quadruple)and they are zero weight watchers points each
Ingredients
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 banana mashed
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats uncooked
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 3 WW silicone muffin cups with cooking spray of choice. Set aside.
- Place egg in bowl and beat. Break up banana into bowl and mash into eggs. Stir oatmeal into the mixture. Gently stir in sliced strawberry (or diced raspberries).
- Fill 3 WW silicone muffin cups with the batter, dividing it evenly amongst the cups.
- Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes and carefully remove each muffin (turn and they drop out of muffin cup) and serve warm.
