No Noodle Cheesy Lasagna 2 weight watchers points per hefty serving! recipe makes four servings! I saw someone post in an Aldi fb group about using Egglife wraps as lasagna noodles, and I was intrigued. So tonight I gave it a WW shot and this was stupidly delicious and only 2 pts a serving (4 servings total) 🤤🤤
Ingredients
- Egglife Original egg white wraps
- 5 wrap s
- Simply Nature Organic marinara pasta sauce
- 2 cup s
- 1 cup sKroger Fat-Free Cottage Cheese,
- Small Curd
- 1Â Egg
- 1 cup s fat free skim mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- I blended the fat free cottage cheese to make it a little smoother and then mixed in an egg and seasoned with Italian seasoning and garlic salt
- Put a Little sauce on the bottom, then wrap, sauce, cottage cheese sauce, mozzarella, and repeat!
- I ended up only using 5 of the 6 wraps that came in the package
- I baked at 400 for 30 minutes covered (I tented the foil so it wouldn’t touch the cheese), and then another 10 minutes uncovered
