Microwave Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cake


  • 2 Tbsp of SF Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Tbsp of SF Peanut Butter Powder
  • 2 Tbsp of Water
  • 20 SF Chocolate Chips I use Lily’s Semi Sweet


  1. Coffee mug or 4oz. ramekin
  2. Add cake mix, PB powder & water to ramekin, stir until well combined, place 20 chips on top.
  3. Microwave 1 minute, let cool a little and dig in.
  4. Best eaten immediately
