Low-Point Butter Swim Biscuits

Ingredients:

cups self-rising flour

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

1 tbsp honey (optional)

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C); line or grease a baking sheet.

Mix flour and salt. Add melted butter, yogurt, and honey. Stir just until combined.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet.

Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden.

Cool slightly and enjoy!
