Ingredients
- 5 TBSP light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup plain no-fat greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk, regular milk is fine too.
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 packet Stevia (or more to taste)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 7 cups shredded cabbage and carrots, There is approx. 7 cups shredded coleslaw mix in a 16 oz bag of prepackaged coleslaw mix
Instructions
- Whisk together sauce or dressing ingredients until well blended
- Stir in cabbage mixture until all is coated.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving.
