Homemade Coleslaw Recipe

Making homemade coleslaw saves time and money! Try this quick and easy coleslaw recipe for your next picnic or cookout. It’s a homemade coleslaw dressing recipe with the option to use prepackaged coleslaw veggies or shred your own!

Ingredients

  • 5 TBSP light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup plain no-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk, regular milk is fine too.
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 packet Stevia (or more to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 7 cups shredded cabbage and carrots, There is approx. 7 cups shredded coleslaw mix in a 16 oz bag of prepackaged coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. Whisk together sauce or dressing ingredients until well blended
  2. Stir in cabbage mixture until all is coated.
  3. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
