Garlic Chicken With Weight Watcher Break Down

This Garlic Chicken is easy to make and a hit with the whole family!! Plus it is also low weight watchers points as well as fulling and tasty.

Equipment

  • Tin foil
  • Baking pan
  • Nonstick Spray

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 4 Tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive oil 

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
  • Spray a 9X13 pan or sheet pan with non stick spray adn then line a 9X13 pan or sheet pan with foil and then nonstick spray,
  • Next lay in your chicken breasts in your baking pan on top of the sprayed tinfoil.
  • In a small plan warm up your olive oil and add in the minced garlic on a med-high heat.
  • One the oil-garlic mixture is warm add in the brown sugar and cooking into a thick goey mixture
  • Pour the garlic mixture over the chicken, use a basting brush to cover the chicken breast completely
  • Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until it temps out at 160 degrees and done.
  • Serve with rice or a side salad!!
  • This chicken is also so good that I eat it just by itself as well, and the cold chicken is amazing in salads as well!!
