Frozen banana smashes topped with yogurt graham crumbs drizzled sugar free Caramel

This recipe Makes six servings each serving is one weight watchers point for two pieces!

Ingredients

  • one cup Greek plain yogurt
  • Banana s
  • 2 medium
  • Smucker’s Sugar free caramel sundae
  • syrup
  • 2 Tbsp
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
  • Fat-free sugar-free instant banana
  • pudding and pie filling mix
  • 14 gm

Instructions

  1. I mixed one cup Greek plain yogurt and 14 grams of sugar free banana pudding together. Then I Crushed 4 squares of graham crackers to sprinkle on top of yogurt.
  2. I cut up the bananas into 12 slices and smashed each banana slice (with the bottom of a glass)
  3. Then i evenly poured the mixture over each banana slice, sprinkled graham cracker crumbs over each smashed banana slice and then drizzled sugar free caramel syrup over each smashed banana.
