Ingredients
- one cup Greek plain yogurt
- Banana s
- 2 medium
- Smucker’s Sugar free caramel sundae
- syrup
- 2 Tbsp
- Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp
- Fat-free sugar-free instant banana
- pudding and pie filling mix
- 14 gm
Instructions
- I mixed one cup Greek plain yogurt and 14 grams of sugar free banana pudding together. Then I Crushed 4 squares of graham crackers to sprinkle on top of yogurt.
- I cut up the bananas into 12 slices and smashed each banana slice (with the bottom of a glass)
- Then i evenly poured the mixture over each banana slice, sprinkled graham cracker crumbs over each smashed banana slice and then drizzled sugar free caramel syrup over each smashed banana.
