Had a craving for cake today. Made this flourless chocolate cake. If you cut it into 8 pieces, each slice is 3 points on Weight Watchers. Original recipe called for almost 9 oz of chocolate chips but to save points I cut it down and it still works.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate pieces and 1 teaspoon PB2 powder.
Instructions
- Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Melt chocolate chips and mix with PB2. Beat the egg whites till stiff. Mix the melted PB2 chocolate with the egg yolks and then mix in egg whites. Bake at 350. 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with Lakanto confection
