- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Ground Mustard 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- Place 1 smooshed slice of toast in each large muffin cup.
- Add veggies of choice in each cup. I had onions. would have loved some mushrooms.
- Whisk eggs and evenly Pour egg mixture into the cups.
- Cover & pop in the oven. I baked at 375 for about 30 minutes.
- Came out nice ‘n fluffy
