I love fall and I’m so excited for alllll the fall things! you can eat these Two easy apple pies- for Two weight watchers points! *You can have up to 4 of these tortillas for one point. Just make sure it’s the tortillas that are 20 calories. They have different street taco ones. *1/2 cup of the apple pie filling is one point. If you’d rather do your own cinnamon apples to cut down on canned stuff… you do you. 😉 I just wanted something quick!
Ingredients
- Two 2o calorie tortillas 1/2 a point
- 1/2 cup of the apple pie filling is one point.
- i can’t believe it’s not butter cooking spray
Instructions
- Unroll tortillas onto sheet of parchment paper. Evenly Spoon about 1/2 of the apple filling into center of each tortilla. Fold dough over filling to form half-moon. Press edges together to seal and crimp edges with fork. spray with cooking spray butter.
- cook at 350 degrees until crusts are lightly charred and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Reheat leftovers in 350°F oven for 5 minutes.
- I did mine on the stove with spray butter but an air fryer or oven would work too.
- I like mine pretty crispy but you cook yours to your desired crispiness.
- You could also add some whipped cream for an extra point. Enjoy! 🥧
