Ingredients- – Chickpeas rinsed and drained
(3 cans)– Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup– Low-fat mayo
3 tablespoons– Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon– Juice of 1 lemon
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh herbs of your choice
– Crunchy veggies I used sweet peppers, capers and pickles 

Instructions- Mash a third of the chickpeas, mix with the rest along with your crunchy veggies. Prepare a zesty dressing by combining the yogurt, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, and herbs. Pour it over, mix, and voila – your creamy, crunchy chickpea salad is ready!
