Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp powdered monk fruit
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender cup, blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a medium sized dish or glass food container and freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
