Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese – 3pts
- 4 pitted kalamata olives – 1 pt
- All the veggies tomatoes, cucumbers, purple onions, yellow peppers
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Cut up your veggies.
- Layer your bowl with all the ingredients.

So good. So filling. Give it a try! it’s so tasty! I am a big feta lover but the points add up. I still use it but if you’re getting low on points, this is a good option!
