Cottage Cheese Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese – 3pts
  • 4 pitted kalamata olives – 1 pt
  • All the veggies tomatoes, cucumbers, purple onions, yellow peppers
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut up your veggies.
  2. Layer your bowl with all the ingredients.

So good. So filling. Give it a try! it’s so tasty! I am a big feta lover but the points add up. I still use it but if you’re getting low on points, this is a good option!
