Cottage cheese candies

A delicious low-calorie dessert that melts in your mouth. This is the simplest and very low-calorie dessert that anyone can prepare


  • 0% cottage cheese – 300 g
  • Low calorie cookie – 100 g (you can use dark chocolate)
  • Nuts – 25 g.

You can add cocoa to taste instead of sugar. Dark chocolate, cinnamon, poppy seeds for topping.

Preparing rules:

Strain the cottage cheese and blend it or just mash it with a fork. Mix the sugar substitute to taste, add finely ground low-calorie cookies, chopped nuts and knead into a doughy, uniform mass. Give it a shape (round or oblong) and roll it in cookies or chocolate. Cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
