Filling, tasty and low-points are the name of this Weight Watchers breakfast pie recipe game! An entire pie is just 2 points, so you can feel good about eating your fill.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- A handful of baby spinach
- Chopped onions to taste
- 1/4 fat free cup cottage cheese
- 1 Mission Zero sun-dried tomato basil tortilla
- 2 tablespoons of fat free shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 mission zero sun-dried tomato basil tortilla
Instructions
- Place a Mission Zero sun-dried tomato basil in a small pie plate
- Mixed two eggs, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, chopped onions, handful of baby spinach
- Pour mixture into the pie pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes
- Put 2 tablespoons of grated cheese on top after it’s done

- I used a small pie pan and I ended up baking it for 45 minutes at 350 degrees (a slight variation from Dawn’s original recipe).
