Ingredients
- 1-2 bananas
- 1/2 Cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt.
- 1-2 Tbl flavored skinny mix or some kind of sweetener
- 1-2 Tbl of peanut butter powder.
- 30 lily’s dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- slice up bananas and set aside.
- Combine 1/2 Cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt and 1-2 Tbl flavored skinny mix or some kind of sweetener (I used sugar cookie for mine.) Blend until it looks like cool whip. No lumps.
- Add 2 Tbl of peanut butter powder.
- Pour mixture over banana slices. Melt a few lily’s dark chocolate chips and drizzle over mixture. Freeze. Break into pieces.
