- buttermilk protein packed flapjack and
- waffle mix
- 11 ⁄2 cup s dry mix
- Banana s
- 3 medium mashed
- Plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup s
- Egg s
- 2 item s (large),
- Musselman’s Unsweetened Apple
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup s
- Unpacked brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp
- Vanilla extract
- 11 ⁄2 tsp
- Baking powder
- 11 ⁄2 tsp
- Uncooked zucchini
- 1 cup s (sliced), grated, sliced
- Uncooked carrot s
- 1/4 cup s, grated
- Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp
- Kosher salt
- 3 pinch es
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- mix all wet ingredients in mixer – add dry ingredients and mix, add grated carrots and zucchini – can add finishing sugar on top if you
- want.
- bake them at about 400 for 15 minutes.
