Ingredients
- 1/2 cups cabbage shredded/finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- Pinch salt and black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- sliced tomato
- 2 slices avocado without skin/seed
Instructions
- 1 Whisk egg until light and fluffy add cabbage and seasonings.
- 2 Pour onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 mins.
