2 weight watchers point breakfast pizza
Ingredients
- 1 point for the tortilla
- 1 point for the fat free mozzarella I used 1/3 cup
- 2 eggs
- Spinach
- Tomatoes
- Bell peppers
- Oregano garlic salt, pepper
- You can use whatever veggies & seasonings you prefer!
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375
- Put parchment paper on the bottom of a round cake pan
- Place tortilla in the pan
- Crack eggs onto tortilla
- Cut up and put veggies and spices on top
- Bake at 375 for 10 min
- Open and add cheese and bake for another 3-5 min
- ENJOY!
