2 weight watchers point breakfast pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 point for the tortilla
  • 1 point for the fat free mozzarella I used 1/3 cup
  • 2 eggs
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • Bell peppers
  • Oregano garlic salt, pepper
  • You can use whatever veggies & seasonings you prefer!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375
  2. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a round cake pan
  3. Place tortilla in the pan
  4. Crack eggs onto tortilla
  5. Cut up and put veggies and spices on top
  6. Bake at 375 for 10 min
  7. Open and add cheese and bake for another 3-5 min
  8. ENJOY!
