I baked some red potatoes in the oven at 400F, wrapped in foil, for one hour!
Then I cut the potatoes in half and scooped out the potatos and put the potato into a bowl. I mashed the potatoes and put some seasonings and a dash of almond milk into the potatoes.
I put the potatoes back into the potato skins, topped with some scrambled eggs , 1 tablespoon of great value real bacon pieces , 1/4 cup of great value fat free mild fat free cheddar cheese
, and some seasonings!
Then I baked the potatoes for another 20 minutes!!!
These turned out so so good and we will make them again!!

-1 red potato 0WW points
-scrambled eggs 0WW points
-1 tablespoon of great value real bacon pieces 1WW point
-1/4 cup of great value fat free mild cheddar cheese 1WW point
2WW points total!!
