Margie’s Best Crustless Pumpkin Pie!

Ingredients

  • 30 oz Pure pumpkin canned
  • 1 1/4 cup 1% milk (ok skim or
  • almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup Kodiak mix or flour
  • 2 cups Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Egg Whites (or sub
  • with 2 more eggs)
  • 1 cup Splenda bulk pkg
  • 1 T Pumpkin Pie spice
  • 1 t Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Pour into a sprayed pie dish.
  3. Bake at 350 for approx. 1 Hr 20Min or until set.
  4. Serve plain or with FF Cool Whip
  5. (5T = 1 SP)
