Margie’s Best Crustless Pumpkin Pie!

Ingredients
- 30 oz Pure pumpkin canned
- 1 1/4 cup 1% milk (ok skim or
- almond milk)
- 1/2 cup Kodiak mix or flour
- 2 cups Eggs
- 1/2 cup Egg Whites (or sub
- with 2 more eggs)
- 1 cup Splenda bulk pkg
- 1 T Pumpkin Pie spice
- 1 t Salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Pour into a sprayed pie dish.
- Bake at 350 for approx. 1 Hr 20Min or until set.
- Serve plain or with FF Cool Whip
