The weight watchers two point best breakfast burrito that I’m obsessed with.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Fresh spinach
- 1 wrap La Banderita Carb Counter Whole wheat wrap
- 1/2 cup Great Value Fat FreeShredded Mild CheddarCheese
- 5 Tbsp Pace Medium chunky salsa
Instructions
- I scramble 2 eggs, a little bit of water, and seasonings. Pour those in your skillet, but do not mix, top with whatever you like (spinach, cheese for me), put your tortilla on top of all that, while the eggs are still kind of runny.
- Let it cook like that until the eggs are mostly cooked. Once the eggs are ready flip the whole thing so that the tortilla is on the bottom. Put a little bit of cheese on this side (to hold it together) then roll it up like a burrito, make sure the tortilla is browned to your liking and remove.
- It’s super easy and so good.
