Air Fried Salmon with Strawberries

Great summer dish. Light and refreshing! Total 3 weight watchers point dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet 3 oz- 0 pts
  • Trader Joe salmon rub seasoning 0 pts cut strawberries(0 pts),
  • mango 0 pts,
  • 1/4 cup avocado 1 pts,
  • fresh diced cilantro 0 pts
  • lime juice
  • 1/4 cup white rice 2 pts

Instructions

  1. Take salmon fillet and remove skin and cut in small chunks. I seasoned with Trader Joe salmon rub seasoning (0 pts) Cook the salmon.
  2. I put in air fryer at 400 degrees for 6 minutes.
  3. Toss salmon in bowl with cut strawberries(0 pts), mango (0 pts), sliced avocado, fresh diced cilantro (0 pts) and lime juice.
  4. Serve over 1/4 cup white rice.
