Ingredients
- Apple
- 4 small (about 5 oz each)
- Ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray
- Fat free yogurt
Instructions
- If apples don’t stand up straight, cut a small sliver off the bottom to level them off. Using a melon baller or paring knife, scoop out apple cores, leaving a ⅔-inch-thick shell. Be sure to leave bottoms of apples intact to hold filling.
- Spray apples with cooking spray and sprinkle cinnamon.
- Preheat air fryer, if necessary, to 300°F. Line bottom of air fryer basket with foil or parchment paper. Arrange apples in basket, Air-fry until apples are tender, 22 to 25 minutes.
- top with fat free yogurt and cinnamon
- Serving size: 1 apple
