Air Fried cheese and veggie kabobs

These were two Weight Watchers points per skewer for me. the only points was the 8 ounces of halloumi cheese!

Makes four servings 

Ingredients

  • cubes of halloumi cheese and baby tomatoes green peppers, yellow peppers and red peppers!

Instructions

  1. Soak 4 wooden skewers in water for 20 mins before needed.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 390 F (200C).
  3. Start threading your vegetables and cheese squares onto the kabobs.
  4. You can add pepper and drizzle olive oil (or skip the oil)
  5. Place in air fryer
  6. Cook for 10 mins, turning skewers halfway through the cook time using tongs.

Recipe Notes

Since air fryer temperatures can vary, start with less time and then add more as needed.
