- 1/4 cup light butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour and brown sugar substitute.
- Stir in melted light butter and vanilla extract until a smooth dough forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer mixture into a small greased baking dish and press evenly.
- Pour sugar-free caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake 15–18 minutes, until lightly golden on top.
- Let cool, then cut into 9–12 bars.
