5 Point Caramel Chocolate Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute (like monk fruit or stevia blend)
  • 1/4 cup light butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour and brown sugar substitute.
  3. Stir in melted light butter and vanilla extract until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer mixture into a small greased baking dish and press evenly.
  6. Pour sugar-free caramel sauce over the top.
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes, until lightly golden on top.
  8. Let cool, then cut into 9–12 bars.
