5 Calorie Chocolate Chrunchies

5 Calorie Chocolate Crunchies:

You will need:

  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder (I use Wonderslim)
  • 3/4 cup of no calorie sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee grounds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar free-no calorie chocolate flavored syrup (like Torani)*

What to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  3. Add in wet ingredients, adding more liquid as needed, until “batter” is uniform. It should be a runnier texture, and may seem more like brownie batter, instead of cookie dough.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop 20 globs of the mixture onto it.
  5. Allow to bake for about 5 minutes, until desired texture is evident.
  6. Let cool about 10 minutes.
  7. DEVOUR.

*If you cannot find no calorie chocolate syrup, feel free to use whatever chocolate flavored liquids you have available! I bet chocolate milk, lite Hershey’s syrup, or even chocolate yogurt for a protein boost would work! Just remember that the changes in ingredients will alter the nutritional stats of the cookies and will probably change the texture.
